We were asked by our customer to provide them with more space in their property after having their second child and needing more space.

We designed the loft by lowering all first floor ceilings to provide enough head height to be able to use it as a bedroom. Installing a Velux window helped to provide natural light within the bedroom.

The roof was insulated with 100mm solid insulation and plaster-boarded and finished with plaster. We installed Pozi joist for ease and versatility. Our customer asked us to paint and decorate the whole property once all the building work was completed.
